We provide high-quality equipment and props such as mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets which will make your time here more comfortable and accessible.

Mindful Instruction

Whether it’s the miracle of pregnancy, the postpartum journey, or the path of healing from injuries, we have developed a mindful approach to instruction that ensures each student receives tailored guidance.

Throughout our practice, we maintain an open channel of communication, checking in with you during each movement.

This feedback method helps us to understand how each pose resonates with your body, allowing us to curate a practice that is accessible and aligned with your wellness goals.
