Kylie’s approach to personalising my routine has been spot on. After a few years of post knee surgery pain, she has come up with a plan to get me back on track to my prior physical activities. She has incorporated a workout that leaves me feeling very satisfied.  Her patience and kindness are reflected in every session.  She always remembers to check in to ensure that the movements are not causing any discomfort or pain. From Kylie’s genuine and welcoming smile, her constant encouragement throughout the session to the closing Namaste, each class leaves me truly fulfilled.
